The father of former Speaker Jacob L’Okori Oulanyah has not been included on the list of people to give speeches at the burial ceremony of his son on Friday.

According to the family Mr. Nathan Okori will not speak at the last journey of his son due to health reasons.

“Mzee is right now too weak, he can’t walk easily and can’t speak easily due to the bereavement.” This, to us is understandable because he needs more comfort than being exposed to emotional speeches.” Mrs Santa Alum Ogwang a family member as quoted by Daily Monitor.

When Oulanyah was pronounced dead in March, his father came out and revealed that his son was poisoned

“I don’t want somebody to bring their politics here in Omoro.”
“I know very well that he was poisoned, and whatever somebody will say should not distort the information we now have.” Mzee Okori told mourners

The Minister of Heath Jane Ruth Aceng confirmed on Tuesday at Parliament that the deceased died of multiple organ failure.
