Money used to burry former Speaker can build a sports complex in Uganda. Nubian Li

The government of Uganda used Shs1.2 billion during the burial of former Speaker of Parliament Jacob L’Okori Oulanyah.

Before his death, 1.7 billion was used to transport him to the United States of America which brought protests among Ugandans in the diaspora.

Ali Buken commonly known as Nubian Li and Bobi Wine’s music has attacked the government for spending all that money on an individual.

Nubian Li stated that the money could have been to at least build a hospital or a sports complex

“We all saw what recently happened when the government used a lot of money to burry the late speaker.” Personally, I think that money have been used to improve hospitals or at least build a sports complex in the country.”

Said Nubian Li

He revealed this during a Boxing event that was organized by Nara Promotionz on Easter Sunday at Muganzirwaza rooftop Building. The event was attended by National Unity Platform Principal Robert Kyagulanyi Sentamu.
