Residents in Arua City were engulfed by shock after a man died on top of his girlfriend as the two had intercourse.
This man has been identified as Ali Mustafa while the girlfriend is known as Adania Ratyo.
According to sources, the two were munching themselves at Avenue Lodge in Arua City as the unfortunate occurrence happened.
Patrick Onyango the spokesperson of Kampala Police provided an update in the weekly Police briefing.
Onyango said that Adania Ratyo reported this matter to Police and Mustafa’s body was taken from the lodge at around 9pm yesterday for postmortem and further analysis.
Furthetmore, Onyango said that this death was as a result of respiratory failure.
This is because no death inducing drugs or narcotics were found in his bloodstream.
“Mustafa’s body was moved from the lodge at 9pm on Saturday night. It was however established that he developed respiratory failure while making love with his girlfriend. No drugs any other substance that would cause death was found in his system,” Onyango told journalists during the Police weekly security briefing at their headquarters in Naguru.
Adania has also been released by Police as there was no foul play established in Mustafa’s death.
“A person dying while making love is not something new. Police established that the girlfriend had nothing to do with Mustafa’s death and has since been freed from custody,” Onyango added.
