Fik Gaza thanks Ykee Benda, Bobi Wine and Cindy after his release from Saudi prison

Fik Gaza, a dancehall artist, was detained last week while performing in Saudi Arabia.

He was reportedly taken into custody for not having obtained the necessary paperwork, including a work permit.

But after receiving requests from many musicians and groups, the promising singer was set free and returned to his native nation.

Gaza has said that Bobi Wine, UMA President Cindy, and musician Ykee Benda were responsible for his release.

“I want to thank people who worked hard to see my release from jail. I thank Bobi Wine, the People’s President, Cindy, and Ykee Benda for all the efforts. Their calls paid off, and that’s why I can stand here today,” he partly said.

However, Kenzo and his federation came under fire from Fik Gaza for remaining mute following his detention.
