“Most of the girls and women who support Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba today like him because of his looks. They are attracted to his face, which resembles that of a baby. This is his initial appeal to women. It is only after being drawn in by his appearance that they begin to assess his temperament and policies,” he partly said during a live TikTok video.
