The country especially the entertainment sector is yet to recover from the horrible murder of social media blogger Isma Olaxees which happened over the weekend in Kyanja, a Kampala suburb.
Well Isma was laid to rest at his ancestral home in Katwe village. A wide range of people from politicians, religious leaders, socialites and musicians all attended his burial as he was a man of all seasons.
People like Bebe Cool, Balaam, Dr Jose Chameleone, Bad Black, Ziza Bafana, MP Muhammad Nsereko, Victoria University VC Prof Lawrence Muganga, Frank Gashumba were all in attendance.
Each that got an opportunity to speak about Isma had fond memories of the social media blogger.
Many said that although Isma rubbed quite a number of people wrong in his line of work, he was without a doubt loved.
It should be recalled that Isma’s death was a shocking one. His father revealed how he learned his son’s death through his driver.
Police revealed that investigations are still going on what could have led to the death of Isma and who could have carried it out.
It was reported that 6 bullets were extracted from him at the mortuary in Mulago.
