Girls’s World Cup 2031: Mexico, Costa Rica & Jamaica set to host matches alongside USA


Mexico, Costa Rica and Jamaica have joined the US’ bid to stage the Girls’s World Cup in 2031 and are set to host matches on the expanded 48-team match.

Fifa president Gianni Infantino confirmed in April that the US, together with “probably another Concacaf members”, had put ahead the only real bid to host the competitors.

US Soccer president Cindy Parlow Cone mentioned of the joint bid:, exterior “Collectively, now we have a rare alternative to host the largest and most impactful Girls’s World Cup in historical past, one that may encourage a brand new technology of followers and assist develop the ladies’s sport throughout our whole area and world wide.

Concacaf is the confederation for soccer in North America, Central America and the Caribbean.
