Members of the Jalisco New Era Cartel (CJNG), probably the most highly effective and feared legal organisations in Mexico, have torched companies and erected burning blockades since El Mencho’s dying.

The occasion takes place within the state of Yucatan, which doesn’t seem to have been considerably affected by the violence.

The WTA mentioned elevated police presence and extra safety measures have been put in place on the match following the incidents in Jalisco, which is about 1,000 km away.

“The protection of gamers, workers, and spectators stays our prime precedence,” the ladies’s governing physique instructed BBC Sport.

“The match is working as scheduled and there have been no experiences of incidents within the area.”

Boulter performs Brazil’s Beatriz Haddad Maia on Monday and Watson faces Spaniard Jessica Bouzas Maneiro on Tuesday.
