In a bid to develop young talented musicians in Mawokota North constituency, area member of Parliament Kiyaga Hillary Innocent alias Dr.Hilderman has embarked on constructing a recording music studio worth Shs120M.
Kiyaga confirmed the development at a concert he organized for his constituents on Saturday at Mawonve playgrounds.
“I know there are very many young talented musicians who want to make it in life just like me. To keep their dreams alive I have decided to construct a recording music studio for them.”
Many travel from Mawokota to Kampala to meet music producers such as Paddyman, Tony Houles but this is going to come to an end.
By April, everything will be done and I expect my President Robert Kyagulanyi Sentamu or the Leader of Opposition Rt.Hon.Mathias Mpuuga to officially open it.”
Said Kiyaga.
Kiyaga who defeated Hon.Amelia Kyambadde during the 2021 General elections also stated that is to also support young talented sportsmen and women through organizing tournaments.
Musicians such as Spice Diana, Mary Bata and Sophia Natongo all attended the Hon.Kiyaga Agabudde concert on Saturday.
