WSL Soccer has been requested to offer footage of Tuesday’s Girls’s League Cup quarter-final and semi-final draw due to considerations over the method.
The draw passed off stay on WSL Soccer’s TikTok web page and was performed by social media influencer GK Barry and Portsmouth midfielder Ella Rutherford.
Questions have been requested after it appeared a ball was pulled out then dropped again within the bag accidentally, and was then taken out once more for use as a part of the draw.

The remark raised questions concerning the draw’s professionalism, and WSL Soccer is alleged to have made it clear the remark was not acceptable.
The quarter-final matches will likely be performed throughout the weekend of 19-21 December, whereas the semi-finals will likely be performed on 21-22 January.
