The Uganda Premier League Secretariat has confirmed change of Venue for Kitara FC Vs Buhimba United Saints from The Royals Park in Butema to the newly constructed Hoima Metropolis Stadium.

This would be the first ever Uganda Premier league match to be hosted by the Stadium.

“The Uganda Premier League Secretariat acknowledges receipt of your request in search of a change of venue for the SUPL Matchday 21 Fixture M#162 between Kitara FC and Buhimba United Saints FC.
Following overview, the Secretariat hereby approves the change of venue from The Royals Park – Butema, to Hoima Metropolis Stadium, scheduled for Friday, thirteenth March 2026, at 4:00 PM, reside on Sanyuka Prime TV. All needed internet hosting and operational necessities have been confirmed by the host membership, and the match will proceed as scheduledu as a Bunyoro – Kitara derby.” Reads the event from UPL

Buhimba United Saints gained the primary spherical assembly 1-0 because of Edson Agondeze late strike in October final 12 months within the sport performed on the Royals Park, Butema.
