According to musician Spice Diana, she has never received payment from the Uganda National Musicians Federation.
The singer revealed that she had given up hope when the stimulus package meant for musicians that the federation had gotten from the Ugandan government never made it to her.
Spice Diana feels that in order to obtain money from President Museveni (Sevo), the federation has misplaced its focus.
She thinks that a small group of the federation’s top executives and their pals split the money.
“I have never received money from the federation, but I heard it came. However, I believe there are those who had so much interest in it, mostly those in leadership, and I lost hope of getting it,” she partly said in an interview with a local television station.
