The gods of singer Shakira Shakira were merciful to her as she lived to see another day after being involved in a deadly accident that nearly turned fatal.
The upcoming singer while coming from a performance in Iganga saw her car rammed into by an overspeeding blue truck.
Her car in which she was traveling with her crew got swept off the road and this was around 2am Monday morning.
Out of shock, she grabbed her driver and lost consciousness. She recovered only to find herself in hospital and asked for her mother and daughter to be called to the hospital.
