Veteran Kadongo Kamu singer Mamuli Katumba has accused singer Sheebah Karungi of nearly leading him to death.
Katumba in a video he recorded and posted on social media said that the Nkujjukira singer ordered soldiers to beat him up.
This was during a recent meeting of the Uganda National Musicians Federation (UNMF). Apparently Katumba had stood up to speak about the issue of UPRS which has been cheating them for over 2 decades.
This didn’t please the self styled karma queen who quickly shushed him up and started attaing him.
Consequently, Sheebah told soldiers to throw him out and beat him up. This led to his blood sugar levels and diabetes shooting up.
He suspects if he wasn’t around fellow musicians, he would be a dead man by now. However, he added that he won’t stop at nothing over speaking about UPRS’ theft over musicians.
